Mary is a hugely experienced SENCO. Her particular expertise lies in improving interpersonal relationships in schools and teaching students to establish positive connections, particularly for those students with additional educational needs. Her work addresses bullying and supports better mental health and wellbeing for all students.

Concepcion Maldonado Mendez

Connie has a MA in Special and Additional Learning Needs. She has spent the last 10 years developing and implementing Individual Education Plans for students with specific needs, and promoting inclusive teaching practices to guarantee achievement and quality of learning for all.

Aliya Drakes

Aliya Drakes

Aliya is a children's Occupational Therapist, triathlon coach and avid triathlete from Trinidad and Tobago. She has spent her entire career (well over a decade) in the field of paediatrics. These days she focusses on parent and teacher education. She realised later in life that she is autistic herself.

Dr Aloysia is Medical Practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. Strong healthcare services professional. Experienced in health and personal development coaching. Parent of an autistic child and content creator for WeCanAccess.

David Bara

David Bara

CEO & Co-Founder David Bara has 20 years' experience in Special Educational Needs as a teacher, university academic and parent. He has a global knowledge of special education and the wider economic and social issues around it, speaking internationally and supervising students from all over the world on their Masters degrees in Special Education.

Emma Bara

Emma Bara

Co Founder Emma is the parent of 2 SEND children and has over 20 years experience in sustainability, delivering outreach educational programs, community capacity building and project management at grassroots and governmental levels in the UK, Thailand and Australia.
